Making a booking with Toto is quick, easy and fun.
Here at Toto, everybody and every pet is welcomed. Here's how it works:
1) Search our listings
Our home page has advanced options for you to search for accommodation based on the timing and location of your trip. Add the number of pets - and their humans - to the search bar and Toto will reward you with a list of pet-friendly rentals.
2) Check the Paw Ratings
Scroll through the list to find the friendliest of pet-friendly rentals by checking out their Paw Ratings. One Paw properties offer limited access, while Four Paw properties all but roll out the VIP red carpet for your pooch - access all areas!
3) Book and pay online
Toto makes it easy for you to search, book and pay for your pet-friendly accommodation in one place online. You'll never waste hours scrolling through pages of pet-UNfriendly listings, because we've done all the leg work for you.
4) Pack your bags!
You're all done - it's really that simple. Your pet friendly accommodation has been booked, confirmed and paid for. All that's left to do now is to pack your bags and stare fur-lornly at the calendar until the day of your trip arrives.

While all of our listings are 100% pet-friendly, each property has a different set of rules and amenities for our furry friends - that’s where our unique Paw Ratings come in. Our Paw Ratings offer a handy snapshot to indicate the level of access your pets will have at the property, and highlight some of the additional dog-friendly features they offer.
One Paw - One Paw rated properties are happy to welcome pets, allowing them to stay outside. Some of these properties also include an off-leash area or secure fenced areas, so check the listing for full details.
Two Paws - If the thought of spending the night without your furbaby curled up in your lap makes you feel all sad and fur-lorn, look for properties rated Two Paws and upwards. These allow for pets inside, and can also include off-leash and securely fenced areas for playtime. Check the listing for full details.
Three Paws - Three Paw properties are truly pawsome, allowing pets inside and offering additional luxuries like doggy gift packs or services such as pet minding, pet spas and grooming services. You and your furry friend will feel like travelling celebrities - without being chased by puparazzi. Check the listing for full details.
Four Paws - Four Paw rated properties are truly "pawsh", offering all the amenities you could wish for in a pet friendly rental. If the Queen was looking to book pet friendly accommodation for her corgis, it would be Four Paws all the way. Only the best for man’s best friend. How do I make a Toto account?

You can register and create an account with Toto at any time by clicking on the REGISTER button at the top of the page. To register an account all we need is your first name, surname, email address and then simply create a password.

Why should I create a Toto profile and photo?

Your profile is a great way for accommodation providers to learn more about you before they welcome you and your pet to their accommodation. When your profile is robust, it helps others feel that you're responsible, authentic, and committed to the spirit of Toto.
We recommend guests upload a profile photo before booking their first reservation.
A great profile includes:
• Image: Please upload a photo that clearly shows your face. This is a great way for the Toto community to learn more about you. Personal or sensitive information is best to leave out of your photo. This is helpful, so accommodation providers know who to welcome.
• Bio: A description of at least 50 words highlighting why you decided to join the Toto community, your interests or hobbies, or anything else you think someone would want to know about you and your pet.
The property owners profile can be viewed on their property listing.

At Toto we have a passion for travelling and want to inspire people to embrace their pets into their everyday lives including taking them away on their adventures all over Australia. But it doesn’t stop here. We want to provide a resource that makes travelling with dogs easy and fun. The Toto community will help you with what to take with you, what’s worked well for other travellers, adventures and activities you can enjoy with your dog or it might be as simple as where you can enjoy a glass of wine and have a bite to eat with your best friend by your side. What is a Puppy Profile?

A puppy profile is an opportunity for a guest to share with the Toto community fun information about their lovable puppy. It is also great for accommodation providers to read a little about your pet that will be joining you at your chosen accommodation. This helps the accommodation provider learn more about your puppy before they welcome you and your pet to their accommodation. A robust Puppy Profile helps others to feel that you are responsible and committed to the spirit of Toto. We recommend including fun information about your pets like and dislikes, describing your pet’s temperament and personality are a great way for others to learn more about your puppy. A Puppy Profile allows you to write reviews about your stays.

Can I pay with any currency?

Yes, the credit cards process the foreign currency in processing payment. All rates are shown in AUD. Please note you may be charged a foreign exchange fee and other fees by your credit card company. Please check with your credit card company .

How do reviews work?

All the reviews on Toto are written by accommodation providers and guests from our community. A review is based on the experience after staying at the accommodation provided. You have 14 days after checkout to write a review of your stay.

How do I write a review?

When you book online through Toto checkout, you will receive an email on the day of checkout to remind you to share your review online. You can post a review by going to My Dashboard, select My Stays and find your booking and select Add Review from the drop down menu. Don't forget to set up your Puppy Profile, you will need this to submit your review.

Can I edit a review I wrote?

Reviews cannot be edited or deleted once they are submitted.

What is Toto's review policy?

At Toto, we want both guests and accommodation providers the opportunity to share their holiday experiences with the Toto Community.
Property reviews from past guests help travellers to be reassured that a property is truly as described and helps them to book with more confidence. Reviews that are left by other guests allow a potential traveller to gain instant trust with the accommodation provider. In addition, accommodation providers want to make sure they can trust their potential guests (human and furry) and are comfortable with them staying in their property, so accommodation providers are able to review guests and their pet that has booked their accommodation.
